Modern system of filing 

The traditional system of filing aur suitable only for the small organisation that have a least number of documents to be filed. They suffer from a number of drawbacks which make their use in the modern offices impractical .Now a days organisation seek efficiency in performing various activities. The modern filing system assists them  in gaining efficiency by availing necessary documents as required. Song of the modern system of filing are mention below.

a.Flat or Horizontal filing

          This is a system of filing in which the files and folders are kept horizontally making a pile. Since, the files and folders are kept one after another in sleeping position. It is called of flat system of highly. The papers are kept inside the file in chronological order that is orders of dates. This means the documents of the earlier dates appear at the bottom where as the document of later dates appear on the top of the file. The papers are punched and tied with a lace. Sometimes, a metal clip is used to hold the papers and documents. In the face of the file the details about the correspondence are mention full stop the files are arrange the horizontally on alphabetical order.

                Advantages of Horizontal filing/Merits

1.Simple: the documents under flat filing system are kept inside the file in chronological order. Hands this method is simple to understand and use.

2.Flexible: there is no difficulty in addition or reduction of the files. Hence it is flexible system of filing.

3 .Economical: it is an economical method due to the use of less filing equipment does not need trained personal to handle.

4.Quick locations: the documents are file chronological. Hands it enables the quick location of documents.

5.Less space: the files are kept on one upon another making a file. Hence it consume less space.

6 Safety: the documents are punched and tide. Hence it provide  safety to the documents as.

              Disadvantages/ Demerits.

1.Time consuming: the documents are punched and tide up .So it consumes more time to keep and take out the document.

2.Difficult to locate: the files are kept making a pile. So it is difficult to locate and take out the required file.

3.: unsuitable: it may be unsuitable to the large organisation where a large number of documents are to be kept in a file.

4.No safety: the files are kept openly without locking system. Hence they are not safe.

5.Lack of secrecy: the details are mention on the file. So no secrecy are maintained.

6.Disapperance of information: the documents are punished and file. Hands the important words or figure may disappear and lead to wrong information.

b.Vertical filing system.

 The way of arranging the files in upright or vertical position in support of each other is called the vertical filing system. Under this system, the papers are kept loosely inside the file. In other words it is not necessary to type the papers inside the file. The folders are kept inside the drawer or cabinet having the locking system. The folders are made of hard paper so that they can we kept in up right position. Finally the folders are arranged alphabetically aur subject wise as per the need of the office with suitable guide cards for easy identification.

Advantages/Demerits

1Easy to operate: the documents are kept loosely inside the folder. So it is easy to keep and take out the required documents.

2.Easy to locate: the highest are kept vertically with the guide card. Hence they can be located easily.

3Flexible: the numbers of folders can be added and reduced easily. So this system provides flexibility.

4.Safety: the folders and documents are safe due to the locking system in the drawer.

5Right information: the papers are not punch. Hands they are safe from giving wrong meaning or confusion.

Disadvantages/ Demerits 

1Chance of losing papers: the documents are kept loosely inside the file. Hands there is a high chance of losing the paper soil keeping and taking out.

2Costly: it needs a special folder and cabinet with locking system. So it is costly system of filing

3.More space: under this system the files are kept vertically which consume more space.

4.Needs guides: it needs more time and effort for making guide cards.

Protecting your brain health is more important now than it has ever been. With the right foods, you can combat cognitive decline, help prevent memory problems and depression, and keep your mind sharp long into your golden years.


1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains around 66% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which travel directly to your liver, where your body naturally converts them into ketones. Your brain primarily uses glucose as fuel, however, it can also run on ketones. These substances are produced by your body when fat is converted into energy and have been shown to prevent brain cell death.7 Once your liver converts the fat from coconut oil into ketones, the ketones cross the blood-brain barrier and are used as a source of energy by the brain.8


Studies show that coconut oil potentially supports the prevention and treatment of brain conditions such as Alzheimer’s. Although more research needs to be done on the use of coconut oil in the treatment of Alzheimer’s, it is another indication that coconut oil’s benefits go beyond maintaining a healthy weight.9 It’s also super easy to include in your diet by cooking meals using coconut oil or eating snacks such as my Coconut Joy Fiber Bars.


2. Blueberries

Blueberries are rich in a number of brain-boosting antioxidants such as gallic acid and polyphenols. Gallic acid protects our brains from degeneration and stress. Polyphenols, which you may have heard of, help to combat cognitive decline in the form of an antioxidant known as flavonoids.10


Flavonoids can cross the blood-brain barrier into areas of learning and memory. Additionally, flavonoids have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help combat oxidative stress and inflammation. Both are thought to be important contributors to cognitive impairment.


Blueberries, or the flavonoids in blueberries, are associated with slower rates of cognitive decline in older adults, as well as improved neurocognitive function, lower symptoms of depression, and better glucose control.11,12 Another study suggests that school-aged children’s memory skills can also get better when they are given flavonoid-rich drinks with concentrations of blueberry powder.13


Berries are one of my favorite foods not only because of their inflammation-fighting powers but also because they are low in sugar, making them a great option for diabetics and those dealing with Candida or SIBO. I keep a bag of organic berries in my freezer at all times for my smoothies. Fresh berries are also a great snack all on their own!


3. Turmeric

Turmeric is a yellow spice used in traditional Indian dishes and is often found in mixed curry powders. It benefits your body’s inflammatory response due to the antioxidant compound curcumin.


Curcumin is a neuroprotective agent capable of crossing your blood-brain barrier, as well as inhibiting and breaking up the destructive beta amyloids that can accumulate in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients.14 It can also boost memory and stimulate new cell growth in the brain.15


4. Celery

Celery contains a plant compound called luteolin. It is from a family of plant molecules that you may now be familiar with — flavanoids! Luteolin inhibits the release of inflammatory molecules in the brain. One study found that luteolin reduced inflammation triggered by a certain kind of bacteria that damages cells, while another study showed the anti-inflammatory effects of luteolin in the brain from drinking water infused with the flavonoid.16 Specifically, it impacted the part of the brain responsible for memory and cognitive ability, the hippocampus. Although studies continue to be done on the benefits of luteolin on brain health, there’s no harm in adding the nutritious vegetable to your diet for its many other benefits (it also contains prebiotic fiber)!


Making plain celery juice is pretty easy, but you can also add it to smoothies or other juices. I also like to enjoy celery sticks with homemade dips or a spoonful of tigernut butter. Celery leaves are great, too and can be added to smoothies or used as a garnish.


5. Broccoli

Both broccoli and cauliflower are good sources of choline, a B-vitamin known for its ability to support brain development. In the brain, choline speeds up the creation and release of acetylcholine, a protein that carries signals among brain cells and is important for memory and assorted other brain functions.17 Broccoli also contains high levels of flavonoids and other phytonutrients, which support your body’s detoxification pathways, and — you guessed it — your inflammatory response.


Studies on choline indicate its ability to improve learning and memory, boost cognitive function, and prevent age-related memory decline by supporting cells in an area of the brain called the hippocampus.18


6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Real extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is true brain food. It’s one of the reasons why a Mediterranean diet is recommended for optimum brain health (and many other aspects of overall health). The oil contains tons of polyphenols and antioxidants such as vitamin E, which support memory and learning ability. EVOO’s polyphenols also help combat amyloid-beta plaque and neurofibrillary tangles in the brain, which contribute to the degrading of nerve cells in the brain associated with Alzheimer’s disease.19


Unfortunately, many olive oil products on the shelf are not 100% olive oil. They are cut with lesser quality oils such as canola and colza oils, so be sure to buy from trustworthy sources, and look for a Non-GMO Project and/or Certified Organic label.


The best way to add more olive oil into your daily routine is to use it to make a salad dressing or drizzle it into warm soups. That way, you can preserve the heat-sensitive antioxidants.


7. Leafy Greens

New research is telling us that daily servings of greens such as kale, Swiss chard, and romaine lettuce can help keep dementia at bay. The study revealed that when adults eat just one serving of leafy green vegetables once or twice per day, they experience slower mental deterioration, even when they have a family history of dementia.20 Additionally, In 2017 the Alzheimer’s Association’s International Conference released a report that links a diet emphasizing leaky green vegetables to the possibility of less future cognitive impairment by 35%.21


Leafy green vegetables are packed with folate, and oftentimes an insufficiency of folate is associated with cognitive decline. Folate helps prevent the beta-amyloid plaque that we know form as Alzheimer’s progresses. Additionally, folate lowers the high homocysteine levels that often accompany brain aging and dementia.22


Unfortunately, we are consuming less folate than we might think because cooking vegetables leads to a loss in this important b-vitamin (and sometimes cooking vegetables makes them easier to digest). So even though cooking vegetables provide benefits in other areas of the body, if you’re hoping to increase your folate intake without using a supplement, try incorporating more raw, leafy greens in your diet.


8. Fatty Fish

The human brain is 60% fat, and around 50% of that fat is composed of the Omega-3 fatty acid DHA, which is negatively linked to dementia. Certain cold-water oily fish, including salmon, sardines, mackerel, trout, and tuna, are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA. Four 4-oz servings of fatty fish per week should provide optimal levels of fish oil for your body and brain, yet even replacing one protein a week with Omega-3-rich fatty fish improves thinking skills.23


9. Grass-Fed Meat

As you may know, I was a vegetarian for over twenty years. However, after I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease, I radically changed my diet because I realized that I was missing out on some key nutrients — particularly B12 — that can only be found in animal products.


That’s why if you are interested in optimizing your brain health, I cannot stress enough the importance of having a quality source of animal protein in your diet. People with B12 deficiency are more likely to score lower on cognitive tests and have a smaller brain volume than those with optimal B12 levels.24

How can I become millanaire? Don't have money not partners to work

         

On a sunny afternoon in late spring, about 20 years ago….

Two young men graduated college.

Both were above average students and had excellent grades.

Both were very social, well-known on campus and popular.

Both were also very ambitious, with dreams of becoming self-made millioniares.

Very recently, these two men met again at a Alumni reunion.

Funny enough…Both were still very much alike.

Happily married.

Both had two children.

Both had gone to work in the same industry.

For the same company even.

But….There still was a massive difference between the two. Maybe not immediately apparent to the observer…But still.

One man is now the head of a small department within the same company he was hired by 20 years ago. He’s making around $55k/year.

The other man is a self-made millionaire, running his own business which he plans on selling soon.

He’s got plans to travel through Europe.

He likes parties, drives old sports cars and is in excellent shape and health.

What Made the Difference?

Have you ever asked yourself (this question truly fascinates me, btw)….What makes the difference in people’s lives?

 There are two system of filing they are discussed below.

2.Modern system of filing 

                     A.Tradational filing

                            _Misil filing  : this is a system of filing in which the documents related to a particular case or subjects are collected. This system of filing is also called the case filing since the documents related to a particular case are collected in a file. The documents are piled in a file according to the orders of dates. In other words the documents of earlier date are placed on the bottom and the latest dates on the top. The documents are punched on their top left corner and tide with a lace and eventually wrapped by a piece of cloth. Is file is provided a number or code called missile number full stop for example missile 1 civil case misil 2 for criminal case and show on. This system of filing is mostly used in office like quotes police station and land reform offices.

            Advantages/Merits

1.Simple: this system of filing is simple which can be underestied by everyone. And employee having simple knowledge of filing can operate it easily.
2.Easy to locate files: this file can be located and retrieved easily through the Michel number. It supports to bring a smoothness in official activities.
3.Easy reference: it facilitate sardar reference of the past cases to make decision on the new but similar cases. Fast cases and decisions are preserved in files in systematic manner.
                 4.Flexible: there is no difficulty in addition or reduction of documents. Hence it is a flexible method.
                                       5.Economy: it does not need separate guide card, racks or cabinet.Hence it is economy in cost.

                   Disadvantages/Demerits
1.Limited use: this method of filing is not suitable for the office which do not deal with cases full stop the use of this system is limited to courts police ,station and land reforms offices.
                              2.Chance of MIS leading: the important letter or figure while a punching the documents appear to be misleading.
               3.Not safe: there is a high possibility of getting the papers lost while keeping or taking out them .Hence this is not a safe method.
               4.Difficult to operate: since the documents are punched and file it is difficult to keep the new documents and take out the old. Hence it is difficult to operate the files.
      5. Time consuming: the documents are punched and tied with lace.. Hence it consumes more time to keep out documents.




Box filling: it is a system of filing in which the documents are collected and placed in a wooden paper or metal box. The documents are kept inside the box making of pile. Hands hands the documents of earlier dates affair on the bottom and the letter dates on top. Normal spring clip attached with the box is used to hold the documents properly. This system of filing is used to collect the documents which are less important and to be preserved for a short period of time. How your it is used by household to preserve the documents related to land and building as well.

            Advantages/Merits 

1.Simple: this is a very simple system of filing. A person does not required any special knowledge to understand it.
        2.Economical: since a box is only needed ,it is an economical method. It consumes less space as well.
                          3.Easy to operate: the papers are kept loosely in the box. Friends it is easy to take out the needed documents.
 4 .No punching: the papers are not punched while preserving in file. So there is no possibility of losing figures or words from the documents.
                              
                  Disadvantages/ Demerits

1.Less safety: the documents are kept loosely inside the box full stops there is a high chances of losing the documents.
              2.Unsuitable for large organizations: under the system a large number of documents cannot be preserved. So it is unsuitable for large organisation.
                3.unsuitable for permanent  documents: the documents are kept without locking system. Hands this method of filing is on suitable for preserving permanent and very important documents.
                   4.Temporary use : this filing system is suitable only for preservation of documents for temporary period. It is not appropriate to keep documents for long period of time.
                            5 Chances of misplace: all documents are loose located in the box. Hands they can be misplaced or lost by any causes.

Objectives of filling

 1. To collect documents: since since the main objectives of filing is to preserve documents for future reference cost they should be collected from different sources. The documents may be in the form of bills vouchers leaders contract, invoices and checks. In this way the first objective of filing is the collection of documents from various sources

To preserve the documents: after collecting the documents they are to be preserved from a lost the insects and dust full stops preservation of documents for future reference is another important objectives of files. The documents are preserved by keeping them in proper a files. Should be locked in proper drawers, rack and cabinet

3.To provide evidence: filing service as evidences of past activities. It provides written documents as evidences and helps settle miss understanding disputes and confusion. The evidence maybe concerned with agreement contract, business stones and other activities. The records may also be presented in court if disputes are not settled.

4.To provide information: an organisation has to provide information to various stake holders like shareholders government debtors and other concerned parties and person .filing can provide information as required since it preserve documents for future references and they may be obtained  as needed.

5.To provide rapid in the work: in course of caring out different official activities a number of documents are required. Filing can provide the documents as they are needed. Hence it brings rapidity in walk and increases the efficiency of office staff

6.To provide guidance: in an office various activities are performed considering the past procedure and evidence. The procedure and evidence can be obtained through the documents which have been filed properly. In this way filing act as a guideline for conducting official activities.
